Tyler -- Funeral services for Mr. Curtis Lee Joseph Williams, 58, of Tyler, Texas will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 11 am in the sanctuary of North Star Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Edward Tilley serving as eulogist. FACE MASK REQUIRED
Burial will follow in Goss Cemetery under the direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Company. Mr. Williams was born on February2, 1963 in Smith County and transitioned on July 30, 2021 at his home in Tyler, Texas. He was a graduate of Emmett Scott High School and a store clerk for Tyler Junior College.
His parents and eight siblings preceded him in death. Those left to cherish his memories are his spouse: Linda Dennis Williams of Tyler, Texas; two sons: Jonathan (Shonda) Dews and Joseph Williams of Tyler, Texas; five daughters: Makiala Mitchell and Carissa Mitchell of Stockton, California. Luequetta (Kevin) Kelly, Curtasia Williams and Diajani Williams all of Tyler, Texas and six grandchildren.
Public viewing will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 2 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
