Charles "Charlie- CL" Lee Harrell, age 88, of Fallston, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. Charles was born May 15, 1933 to the late Ebb and Frances Harrell. Beloved husband of the late Patsy Harrell; devoted father of Gary Harrell and his wife Elaine, Steve Harrell and his wife Julie, Susan Emig and her husband David; loving grandfather of Alicia, Cory, Brandon, Tyler, and Chad Harrell, McKenna and Tanner Emig; loving great-grandfather of Kaylie Bhulai, Lucas, Wyatt, Owen, Julian, and Scarlet Harrell; dear brother of Jackie Naglieri and her husband Vince. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
