Beloved father of Skyler, Collin and Teague, devoted son of the late Richard and Evelyn Kendall, brother of Debbie (Joe) Burger, fond uncle of Sean and PJ Monroe, former spouse of Stephanie Kaiser.
James grew up in Oakland, CA and lived in Africa for a time where his parents served as United Methodist missionaries. He was a graduate of The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and worked in the private airport security industry for many years with American Airlines, American West Airlines and The Transportation Security Administration (TSA). James came to the Chicago area to work for Andy Frain Services and most recently was employed at the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Aurora, IL.
James loved football, was an enthusiastic fan of the Raiders NFL team and a former coach of St. Raphael football in Naperville. His greatest joy was watching his sons compete in youth and high school sports. He was a wonderful, loving and caring father who will be missed tremendously.
