Timothy Allan Jackson, 60, of New Bloomfield, passed away on August 2, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital with his family at his side. He was born on April 17, 1961 in Sedalia, Missouri, a son of the late Dale and Stella (Lutjen) Jackson.

He was a 1979 graduate of Smith Cotton High School and went on to earn a degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He was a member of the Beta Sigma Psi fraternity. Tim was employed with the Missouri Department of Transportation for 36 years.

He enjoyed watching baseball, Chiefs football, MU athletics, and playing golf. He never missed an opportunity to watch his grandchildren at their sporting events and treasured the times spent with his family.

Tim is survived by his fiance, Jo Ann Peyton; children, Cory Jackson (Moriah), Amanda Wilbers (Andrew) and Abigail Jackson, brothers, Steve Jackson, Jerry Jackson (Liz) and Rod Jackson (Jane); grandchildren, Braden Jackson, Dayton, Preston and Aiyla Wilbers, and Kimber Waters.

Friends will be received from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 6, 2021 at Grace Lutheran Church in Holts Summit. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Michael Diener officiating. Interment will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sedalia, Missouri.
