Phillip was a 2010 graduate of Capital High School in Charleston. He was a member of the Paden City Church of Christ where he was the custodian. Phillip had a passion for photography and enjoyed taking nature photos, especially by the Ohio River at Paden City Park. He was an avid reader.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Warren L. Price and uncle, Terry L. Clark.
He is survived by his parents, Kent and Jill (Price) Clark of Paden City; two sisters, Hannah and Brenna Clark both at home; paternal grandparents, Terry and Elsie Clark of Gardendale, AL; maternal grandmother, Mary Jo Price and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation 6-8 p.m., Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral in Paden City and 11 a.m. until time of service at noon on Friday, August 6, 2021 at the Paden City Church of Christ with Brian Price and Richard Ross officiating.
Entombment in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City.
