Justin Wayne Harmon, 16, died Sunday, October 17, 1999 in Harrodsburg. Born May 6, 1983 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of Roxie Nell Harmon and the step-son of Henry Preston Watts Jr., both of Harrodsburg. He was a student at Harrodsburg High School. Survivors, other than his parents, include: one brother, Jason Harmon, Harrodsburg; maternal grandmother, Peggy Burkehead, Mercer County; three uncles, Maurice and Eugene Harmon and Bennie Ross; four aunts, Kathy Devine, Kelly Isham, Cindy Price and Brenda Harmon. Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 20, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Rev. Lewis Walter officiating. Burial was in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
