Ephraim, descendant #200, was the son of Eleazer Warren and Mary Day Warren.
Dr. Foster remarks:
"In 1772, he was chosen captain of the 14th Company of the 11th Regiment of the Connecticut Militia. Captain Ephraim marched 'for the relief of Boston, Massachusetts in the Lexington alarm' of April 1775, and was in service seven days. In the autumn of 1776, he was captain of the 5th Company of the 11th Regiment of 5th Brigade of Connecticut troops in the Revolutionary War."
