Tribute: Clara Nathalie Sickendick was born to George and Bertha (Katzenmeier) Ehrlich in Monument, Kansas. She grew up in Oakley, Kansas, graduating from Oakley High School. On May 25, 1941 she married George R. Sickendick in Carmi, Illinois. They lived in Flora, Illinois until they were transferred to Casper, WY and then to Sterling, CO where they resided until Mr. Sickendick retired. They moved to Greeley in November of 1971. Mrs. Sickendick was a homemaker who enjoyed biking, bowling and playing bridge. She was a life time member of the Lutheran Church and a very active member of the Gloria Christi Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Sickendick died Friday, November 2, 2007 at McKee Medical Center in Loveland.

Survivors: Her son, George R. Sickendick of Sterling; step-daughter, Jeri Dudley of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Griff Sickendick of Broomfield, Gia Sickendick of Akron; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lillian Von Lintel of Oakley, KS and Inez Schutt and husband Vince of Jacksonville, FL.

Preceded in death by: Her husband, George Sickendick on January 19, 1983, a sister; two brothers.
