Son of Walter & Rose (Aerni) Kiuntke Sr.
He attended District 84 school. He worked on several farms as a youth before joining the US Air Force on February 15, 1952. After he was granted a medical discharge from the Air Force on May 2, 1952, Norm worked on a produce route, garbage route and then went to work for his brother at Home Plumbing. On September 12, 1957 Norm married Veronica Huhman. After 30 years with Home Plumbing, Norm opened Norm's Plumbing for 10 years, retiring in 2001. He was a Master Plumber. He was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church and the American Legion. His hobbies included collecting antiques, going to auctions and gardening.
