Fritz T. Thompson, 58, of 1873 Wisconsin Ave., died Monday morning in Beloit Hospital after a long illness.
He was born Feb. 17, 1914, in Baldwin, N.D., the son of Alfred and Helena Thompson. He married Ethel Hample, Nov. 1, 1942, in Duluth, Minn.
He is survived by his wife; one son, Dennis of Beloit; four grandchildren; ome brother, A.L. Thompson of East Grand Forks, N.D.; five sisters, Mrs. Melvin (Cora) Wolfgram, Mrs. Frank (Beana) Beno, Mrs. Ivan (Aggie) Jacobson, all of Grand Forks, Mrs. Helena Olfson, Lairmore, N.D., Mrs. Ida Lee, Moorehead, Minn. He was predeceased by his parents and three brothers.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Hansen Funeral Home with the Rev. Loren Lineberry officiating. Burial will be in Rockton Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
