Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at 1:00 PM, in the Chapel of Fraser Funeral Home, 8168 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL, with Pastor Paul O'Steen officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior at 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
