Born February 21, 1932, in Burnham, Mifflin County, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Mildred (Taylor) Randolph.
She was first united in marriage to Bennie Hoffman, who preceded her in death.
She later married Rudolf Worbetz July 3, 1971, in Somerville, New Jersey. Mr Worbetz preceded her in death February 9, 1999.
Mrs Worbetz is survived by four children, seven grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
She is also survived by three siblings.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Mrs Worbetz was a member of the Huntingdon chapter of the Red Hat Society.
Along with being a homemaker, she retired from employment with Ortho Pharmaceuticals, Inc, New Jersey, and also worked at Beacon Lodge Camp for the Blind, New Hamilton.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Sunday, June 9, at the Robert I McClain Funeral Home, 245 Seminary Street, Cassville. Private interment will be made in the Mount Union Cemetery.
