SALLIE ETHEL HOOKER, 101, of Cordova, died Monday at Savannah (Tenn.) Health Care Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Collierville Funeral Home with burial in Cordova Cemetery.
She was a member of Cordova Baptist Church.
Mrs. Hooker, the widow of Newt Hooker, leaves a daughter, Betty Carpenter of Savannah; a son, Bill Hooker of Collierville; a sister, Mabel Brenner of Memphis, eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter Oneida Hooker Orders.
The family requests that any memorials be sent to Cordova Baptist Church.
