Thelma Marie (Dobbs) Davis was born on June 16, 1944 at Enid, OK to the late Mr. Perry Richard Dobbs and Mrs. Naomi Delphine (Goble) Dobbs. She departed this life on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at her home in Wilson. Thelma was raised at Enid where she graduated high school in 1962. As a young lady she worked at her parents cafe', "The Wagon Wheel", and there she met the love of her life, Mr. Travis "Dude" Davis. Not long after they met, they wedded on June 13, 1963 at Kingman, KS. Thelma and Dude, resided most all their lives together at Enid, owning and operating "Hennessey Tool Co.". They moved to Wilson in 2017. Since their move to Wilson, she and Dude have enjoyed worshiping at the Wilson Assembly of God Church.
Preceding her in death are her parents; three daughters, Debbie, Shirley and Kay; sister, Mary Robinson; and brothers, Donnie, Connie and Billy.
Survivors include her loving husband Dude Davis of the home in Wilson; sisters in law, Geraldine DeLano, Vivian Webb and husband Earl, both of Wilson and Fern Willeby of Duncan; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Graveside Services for Thelma Marie were Wed. August 4, 2021 with Bro. Jim McGaughy officiating.
