Calvin Lee Dixon was born to the late Margie Willis Dixon and Levi McFarland on November 2, 1956 in Longview Texas.
He later graduated from Longview High School.
In 1985 he met Aretha Johnson Mitchell and they raised their blended family together for the next 35 years until God called him home.
Calvin Lee Dixon was preceded in death by his parents Calvin and Margie Dixon,brothers Theartist Dixon ,Therman Dixon ,Marcus Writt ;sisters Elizabeth Dixon ,Dorothy McFarland and son Courtney Johnson.
Left to cherish his memories :Aretha Johnson Mitchell; children : Calvin Willis, Dyiasha Willis Gray (James ) and Jacqueline Johnson of Dallas,TX and two stepsons Reginald Alex and Dechedrick Johnson both of Longview,TX; grandchildren: Zabrian ,Elias , Ryan ,Joshua and Baby Gray; brothers:Henry Dixon (Annie), Grady Dixon Jr.(Lillie Mae), Sherman Dixon, Tyrone and Chris McFarland all of Longview,TX ; sister: Lou Ann Dixon Johnson(Glen) of Longview.TX,and a host of other relatives and friends
