In the late 80s Cassie began a career in banking at Wells Fargo eventually moving on to First Interstate and Washington Trust. She retired from Washington Trust after many years of service. In her retirement Cassie enjoyed working in her garden and feeding the wildlife around her home. She was also very interested in genealogy and gemology. Cassie was fiercely independent but cherished her relationships with her family, friends and many long time neighbors. She was a lover of animals and was adopted by many neighborhood pets through the years.
Cassie passed away at Sacred Heart Hospital after a brief battle with an autoimmune lung disease. She will be missed by many in her family, community and neighborhood
