Mrs. Kennedy of Wilmington, NC was born the daughter of the late I. Gordon Litchfield and Frances Catherine Litchfield and the widow of the late Charles William Kennedy. She was both an Army and Air Force civil servant during the period 1943 to 1995. Her many craft projects touched numerous family and friends over her lifetime. She was a member of Wesleyan Chapel United Methodist Church on US Hwy 17 North. She died at Davis Health Care Center at age 82.
