Edward DeLene "Dee" Morgan, Jr., age 75, of Buckeye, AZ and formerly of Charleston, died July 19, 2021, at Abrazo West Campus Hospital in Goodyear, AZ.
He was born April 11, 1946, at Cairo, IL, to the late Edward DeLene Morgan, Sr. and Lula Mae Hanes Morgan. He grew up in Charleston but had lived in Arizona a number of years.
Surviving are his children, Ken (Audrey) Morgan and Michelle Morgan; his brothers, Dennis Lee Morgan of Sikeston and Charles David Morgan of Florrisant; his sisters, Diane (Roger) Cain of Charleston and Deborah (Larry) McCurter of East Prairie; also, a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Marsha; his son, Edward DeLene "Trace" Morgan, III and his brothers, Danny Gene Morgan and Sammy Dale Morgan.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 31, 2021, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. His nephew, Charles Mitchell, will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
