Born on April 7, 1926 in Penns Grove to the late George and Filomena (Diuilio) DiPietro. In 1949, she married her husband Richard Davis. They lived in the area all their life.
She had worked at DuPont and Clines Trucking until becoming a full time homemaker. She also helped out at Corpus Christi Church, a 4-H Leader, and a Girl Scout Leader. Susan also liked baking pies.
She is survived by her son Michael and wife Kathy (Hooks) Davis, daughter Mary (Davis) Mazza; grandchildren Michael and his wife Kristy Davis, Marianne (Mazza) Murphy and her husband Tom, Kristin Davis, and Raymond Mazza. Great-grandchildren Bia Davis, Mikey Davis, Anna Bella Davis, Stephen Davis, Brian Murphy, Aiden Murphy, Cayleigh Frambes, and Jocelyn Frambes.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Richard, son-in-law Ray, five brothers Antonio, Albert, Alfonso, George, and Fredrick, two sisters Santa and Angelina, four sisters-in-law Dora, Norma, Edye, Josephine, and Marie.
Family and friends can call on Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Ashcraft Funeral Home, 740 S. Broadway, Pennsville, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am at St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish (Corpus Christi Church), 369 Georgetown Road, Carneys Point. Interment will be at St. Josephs Cemetery in Woodstown, NJ.
