Curtis Richard Johnson was born August 28, 1951, the son of Richard and Delores (Kottom) Johnson, in Granite Falls. Curt continued his education at Ridgewater College in Willmar where he received an Associates Degree.
Curt was united in marriage to Diane (Ripley) Fossell on July 11, 2004 at East Ridge Court in Renville. He had met Diane while they both worked at the Yellow Medicine Courthouse and they shared 17 wonderful years together.
