Nancy Rains, 74, of New Richmond, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, July 27th in her home.

Nancy was born on May 24, 1947 to the late Otto and Beulah (Waters) Rains. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her two children, Michael Anthony Melish and Kelly Marie Nelson.

She is survived by her siblings, Linda (Rick) Hillgrove and Greg (Mary) Rains; her grandson, Alex Melish, and also many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a former husband, Joseph W. Melish.

Nancy was a graduate of New Richmond (OH) High School.
