Mrs. Katherine E. Miller, 84, formerly of 1528 Huron Ave., died Thursday at Morningside Nursing Home, where she had resided the past year.
The former Katherine E. Ruppel, she was born Dec. 2, 1899, at Reinwald, Russia, a daughter of the late Gottlieb and Anna Neuwirth Ruppel. In 1902, the family moved to Sheboygan, and she attended Trinity Lutheran School.
On Nov. 21, 1925, she and Henry Miller of Sheboygan were married at Trinity Lutheran Church. Mr. Miller died Feb. 23, 1957.
Mrs. Miller was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ralph (Dorothy) Schutt and Mrs. Herbert (Betty) Schmidt, both of Sheboygan; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers and two sisters.
Family funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapels, with the Rev. Galan Walther of Trinity Church officiating. Burial will be at Lutheran Cemetery.
