Terrence Lee Smith 40, of Decatur Illinois was born April 8, 1981, to Terrence Adams and Betha Smith.
Booboo (as he was known to all) was educated in Decatur, IL District 61 public school system. He later received his G.E.D. He also received certification in HVAC Heating & Cooling.
Booboo lived his life to the fullest. He had a light within that shined bright. If you met him, he earned a place in your heart. He loved music and dancing, as he was the "Life" of any party. He had an extraordinary gift to connect with people. He took pride in giving back to the community and loved buying for children. He displayed great adoration and love to his family and friends which was never ending.
His untimely transition has broken our hearts but the life he lived will always be cherished and remembered by his parents, Terrence Adams and Betha Smith.
