Lynn C. Freeman, formerly associated with the Pasadena Manufacturing company and resident of Pasadena for 42 years, died yesterday at his home, 291 East California street.

Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Otto Freeman, Mr. Freeman was born 57 years ago in Genoa, Wis. He came to Pasadena when he was 15 years old, entered the city schools and was graduated from Pasadena high school. He later became actively identified with his cousin, the late Oscar Freeman and James Clark, in the Pasadena Manufacturing Co. Ten years ago, he resigned from the company to devote his entire time to ranch holding in Ventura and Anaheim.

He was a Mason and a member of the Pasadena Athletic club. He was an authority on historical landmarks of this state.

Mr. Freeman belonged to the First Presbyterian church. He married Blanch Casterline of Pasadena in 1907.

Surviving him besides his widow is a daughter, Miss Katherine Freeman, and a brother, Lewis R. Freeman. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock in Turner and Stevens chapel. Dr. James Leishman officiating.
