He is preceded in death by a half-brother, Aaron Middleton; his uncle, Randy Hardy; grandmother, Lurena Faye Mace; and grandfather, Joe Hardy. Austin is survived by his children: Aaron, Hadley, Gabrielle, and Cheryl; his parents, Connie Mace and Joseph Hardy; a sister, Angela Lemons Bowman; grandfather, Billy Mace; grandmother, Jackie Hardy; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
