Dora Herrera, 87, of Elmore, OH passed away Thursday July 22, 2021 at
Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born Feb. 11, 1934 in Houston, TX
the daughter of Eleodoro C. and Maria (Reyna) Hernandez. Dora
attended Harris Elmore School. She married Roberto S. Herrera on Nov.
21, 1953 and he survives. She was a homemaker and an assistant school
teacher. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church,
Genoa. She enjoyed cooking, baking, dancing and singing.
Surviving are her husband: Roberto; son: Ruben A. (Pamela) Herrera of
Avon Lake, OH; daughter: Cindy S. (Lemuel) Del Valle of Stow, OH;
grandchildren: Jessica (Brian) Imbrogno, Jason Herrera, Jordan
Herrera, Gabriela (Dustin) House, Alex (Gretchen) Del Valle;
great-grandchild: Sebastian House; brothers: George R. (Charlene)
Hernandez, John R. (Cindy) Hernandez; sister:
Minerva Alvarado. She was preceded in death by her parents and
brothers: Jerry R. Hernandez, E. C. Hernandez, Jr., and Gilbert Hernandez.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 2:00 – 8:00 pm
at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 19550 W. St.
