Jeffrey B. Mullins, 56, of Aubrey, TX, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2021.
Jeff was a Managing Director at Deloitte in the U.S. Consulting-Government and Public Services Practice, where he focused on healthcare technology, specifically Medicare and Medicaid Enterprise Solutions. Jeff spent more than 18 years of his career helping Medicaid agencies across the U.S. modernize and improve their technology and healthcare operations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jeff held various executive positions leading technology/outsourcing business units focused on the Medicaid market at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Xerox State Healthcare and Health Management Systems.
Jeff honorably served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wilmington University in Delaware, attaining Summa Cum Laude. Jeff also earned his Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Change Management from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
Jeff is survived by his husband, Rob Mullins, of Aubrey, TX, and their dogs Mona and Henri. He is also survived by his exchange student family, Ralf Truschel of Germany, Jubin-Nima Mohajeri of Germany and Hans Fredrik Jacobsen of Norway. In addition, he is survived by his parents, Garnet and Sharon Mullins of Fairborn, OH, his sister, Shani (Mullins) Thompson of West Milton, OH, and four nieces and nephews.
Jeff was a lifelong fan of Dolly Parton, southern cooking, baking, perfecting the biscuit recipe, traveling and going to New York to see Broadway shows. His intellect, organization and sharp sense of humor will be greatly missed.
