Roy Lee "Jac" Jackson was born on February 16, 1952, in Abilene, Texas to Willie H. Jackson and Ocie L. Langley.

He was a member of the United Family Church under the direction and leadership of his Pastor and Brother In-Law, Elder James Moore.

Jac served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force.

He was gainfully employed by the Abilene State Supported Living Center for many years until he retired.

Jac loved all his family and friends dearly.

Survivors include his stepson, Larry Gary Jr. of Abilene; step granddaughter, Symone Gary, and Breanna Gary; sister, Barbara Wells and husband Reggie of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a great aunt and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.

Jac was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Jackson; father, Willie H. Jackson; mother, Ocie L. Jackson; brothers, Willie D. Jackson; Andrew Jackson; sisters, Hazel Ladd, and Patricia A. Norman.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at 10 A.M. at the Elmwood Memorial Park. A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 27, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Elmwood Funeral Home.
