Billy Lawrence Bryant, age 73 of Ellijay, GA passed on Thursday, July 1, 2021. He was born January 20,1948 and grew up in Atlanta, GA to his late parents Olen and Estelle (Brown) Bryant. Billy has resided in Ellijay the last twenty years. Billy owned the Flying Pig located by the Atlanta airport for several years. His life work was being self employed and working as a land surveyor. Billy served honorably in the US Marines. A Memorial service will be held Sunday, July 25,2021 at 2:00pm at the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion with the North GA Honor Guard officiating. Survivors include daughters Laronda (Rick) McCurley, Talking Rock, GA, Amanda Bryant, Ellijay, GA, grand children Joshua McCurley, Caleb McCurley, great grand children Kienan McCurley, Kadance McCurley, sister Paulette Bryant Crisp, Fayetteville, GA, brothers Timmy (Claria) and Bryant, Breman, GA, Jimmy (Doris) Bryant, Morrow, GA, and nieces and nephews also survive.
