MISHAWAKA, IN. -- Rosemary E. Bennett, 83, passed away November 20, 2020 at Rensselaer Health Center in Rensselaer, IN. She was born June 24, 1937 in South Bend, IN to Frank & Frances Wruble.
On October 8, 1960 she married Ernest Bennett; he preceded her in death on September 24, 2020. She was also preceded in death by her parents, son, Edward Bennett who died on Feb. 25, 2020, and 7 siblings.
Surviving is a daughter, Regina (Bruce) Lackey of Warsaw; 4 grandchildren, Dan (Samantha) Bennett, Travis (Hannah) Bennett, Alaina (Cody) McDonald, Shanai (Cody) Utter and 7 great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Aiden, Bruce, Pheabie, Jeff, Adalie and Sam. Also surviving are 2 sisters, Jean Botjor and Angie Campoli and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosemary enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, spending time with her family and Christmas was her favorite holiday. She was a devote Catholic and cherished her religion very much. Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with his care.
In keeping with her wish's cremation will take place and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
