Eileen Elizabeth Morrison-Sandford was born August 24, 1921 in Boston MA.

She grew up in Little Neck, Long Island, N.Y., and her family moved to Derry NH in 1933. She graduated from Pinkerton Academy in Derry where she was a captain of the girls' basketball team in 1937.

She attended a Bible School for four years. From there she went to a private educational program called the University of Truth, where she attended and taught history. It was here that she met her future husband, Charles Kenath Sandford, and they were married in a triple wedding.

She devoted her life to Christian ministry, raising children, caring for older people in her home and practicing hospitality to many people in need of a place to live. She especially enjoyed teaching music at Chestnut Christian Preschool.

Her six children include: the Rev. Dr. Lori Sandford Wiley of Bedford, Dr. Cheryl Jenkins of Alburquerque, N.M., the Rev. Neil Sandford of Dublin, Lorraine Miller of New Boston; Earl Sandford of Bedford and Dale Sandford of Alpine, Calif. She was especially active in the ministry of Chestnut Hill Chapel and the Chestnut Christian Preschool.

Eileen died July 30, 2003 at age 81 in Manchester, New Hampshire and is buried in Chestnut Hill Chapel in New Boston, New Hampshire.
