Mary was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on September 21, 1933, to Edna Mae Convey and William P. Convey. She lived in various states around the United States due to her husband's expertise in rubber and plastics. She always rose to the occasion and ensured that her children adjusted well to their new home, schools, and community. Also, Mary was a talented ceramic artist. She maintained a kiln in her home and created beautiful pieces of ceramic dishes and churches. She enjoyed playing games and cards. Mary's greatest love was spending time with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mary's family and close friends describe Mary as having "the patience of Job." She lived her life daily with an immense and unyielding degree of patience and conviction.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bernard Karl Mueller.
Survived by: Children, Brian Keith Mueller (Pamela Mueller), Lynne Mueller Gronseth, Gregory Paul Mueller, and Brett Karl Mueller (Yvette Mueller). Sister, Dorothy Rode (Rudy). Sisters-in-law, Irene Mueller and Caroline Miller (Don). She has nine grandchildren, Lauren Moore (Josh Moore), Jay Mueller (Autumn Mueller), Michael Mueller (Megan Mueller M.D.), Kimberly Mueller (Joshua Gatlin), Natalie Mueller (Robert Sorrell), Brennen Mueller (Nikki Mueller), Brice Mueller (Sydney Boyd), Kendall Mueller (Daniel Young) and Alexander Khalaf M.D. (Lauren Khalaf). She has ten great-grandchildren, Owen Mueller, Katie Mueller, Jackson Gatlin, Brooke Mueller, Elliot Mueller, Caroline Moore, Jacquelyn Moore, Rowan Mueller, Lewis Mueller, and Margo Mueller.

A graveside service will be held on July 31, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery, Booneville, Arkansas. Reverend Michael A. Smith of Booneville First United Methodist Church will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home, 127 W. 4th Street, Booneville, Arkansas 72927.
