Kenneth attended Rushville High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era from 1965-1967. He was a proud veteran and always wore his Vietnam hat. He attended Park Chapel Christian Church. Kenneth was a real people person. He enjoyed friends and family, animals, fishing, family vacations, and remodeling homes. Kenneth worked for Dana Corporation as a foundry worker.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joyce (Roberts) Montgomery; children: Tracy Montgomery and Kim (Tony) Trigoso; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; siblings: Thomas Montgomery, Ruth McClarnon, Linda (Danny) Matthews, and Darlene (Aaron) Young.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; son, Kenney Montgomery; siblings: Lee Montgomery and Helen Turner; and great-granddaughter, Ellyson Hinshaw.
