James "Jimmy" Lloyd, 47, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away July 19, 2021.
Born April 6, 1974 in Steubenville, Ohio, he was the son of Deborah Baker (Chad) Black of New Cumberland and the late James Lloyd.
Jimmy volunteered at the Steubenville Mission.
Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Heather (Rob) McCullough of New Cumberland; two nephews, Ein Lloyd and Chance McCullough, and a niece, Joshlinn (John) Minto.
Visitation is Friday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
