Kathy was born on March 25, 1949 in Camden, New Jersey to James and Dorothy (Capen) Aitken. She worked as a cook for Kell West Hospital. She loved go to the casino but most of all she loved taking care of people.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister Sandy Elrod; a brother William Aitken; and a granddaughter Isabella Holmes.
Kathy is survived by her two daughters, Ann Berghof and her husband Theodore of Mantua, New Jersey and Patty Moats and her husband Clarence of Wichita Falls; Amy Burden of Wichita Falls; her three sons James Holmes of Wichita Falls, Thomas Holmes of Rocky Ford, Colorado, and Donald Holmes of Thorofare, New Jersey; her sister Patricia Aitken O'Neal and her husband Donald of Woodbury, New Jersey; two brothers James Aitken and his wife Katy of Wichita Falls, and Michael Aitken of Wichita Falls; five grandchildren CJ, Christopher, Kathleen, Alex, and Aubrey; 1 great-grandchild, Olivia; as well as numerous other family and friends.
