Dennis William Floyd Reimer, age 81, of Sheboygan, passed away Wednesday morning, July 21, 2021, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
Dennis was born on October 5, 1939 in Manitowoc, son of the late Alfred E. and Mabel E. (Riemer) Reimer. He attended local area schools in Sheboygan and graduated from Sheboygan Central High School with the class of 1959. Dennis worked for Kohler Company for 29 years retiring in 2002. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include his three children: Julie A. Kachur, Sheboygan, Jim A. Reimer, Plymouth, Janet A. Holtz, Sheboygan Falls; seven grandchildren: Heather (Derek) Trowbridge, Holly Parker, Randy Kachur, Ashley (Mike) Rumbut, Lisa (Bill) Cherek, Alyssa Holtz, Brayden Reimer; eight great-grandchildren; special friend: Delilah Remeker, Manitowoc; one brother: Keith Reimer, Elcho; one sister and brother-in-law: Diane (Terry) Steiner, Sheboygan Falls, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, grandparents, brother-in-law, Richard Grosshuesch, and sister-in-law: Joanne Reimer.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 South 14th Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Zachary DeArmond will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
