Although the headstone lists his death as 1825 that is incorrect. He died between 9 Feb and 24 Mar 1823.
His Will is dated 9 Feb and was filed on 24 Mar 1823.
"At a Court held for Halifax County the 24th March 1823.
The within written last will testament [?] of Jacob Faulkner deceased was
presented [?] by the oaths of three witnesses…"
