Born October 12, 1954, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Pliny William Moyer and Mary Beatrice (Hoyle) Moyer Parker. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Moyer, Sr., and Richard Moyer.
Robin worked as a boiler maker for the Boilmakers Local 193 in Baltimore. He served in the United States Army 101st Airborne Division. Robin was a member of the Deer Park Sportsmans Club, the VFW Post 10077 in Deer Park, Proctor-Kildow American Legion Post 71 in Oakland, and the Elks Lodge #2481 in Oakland. He loved his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
He is survived by one son, Robin Moyer and wife, Erin, Swanton, MD; one daughter, Jennifer Collins and husband, Jeff, Rittman, OH; one brother, Dennis Moyer, AL; three sisters, Joan Gray and Savora Dobry, both of Westminister, MD; Doris Gullion, New York, DE; five grandchildren, Brandon Jessica, Geoffrey, Mikalah, Faith; two great grandchildren, Christian and Raelynn.
