Marilyn Ann McClelland, 81, a longtime resident of Ethel, LA, died on Friday, June 11, 2021. There will be a visitation at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday, June 14, 2021, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, there will be an 11:00 am graveside service at Azalea Rest Cemetery on Hwy 964 in Zachary. She is survived by three sons: Robert Lee Alexander and his wife Denise of Georgetown, TX; William Kermit Alexander of Del Rio, TN; Steven Craig Alexander and his wife Suzanne of Chattanooga, TN; step-son Cody McClelland and wife Stacey of Gonzales, LA; sister Edna Vinson and husband William of Newport, TN; and three grandchildren: Kiley, Katie, and Lucas. She was preceded in death by her husband J.R. McClelland. She was a devoted member of Redwood Baptist Church in Slaughter.
