Ms. Kathleen Elnora Parker "Kate" of Bonifay, Florida, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021, at the age of 93.

Burial will be at the Lauderdale Memorial Park in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Native American Bible Ministries, Inc., 60 Bible Academy Rd., Ringold, OK 74754.

Kate was born June 20, 1929 in Leonardsburg, Ohio to the late Jerry Leon and Nancy Marie Pettit Claypool. She was a very talented artist and a prolific oil painter. Kate loved the Lord and faithfully served as a church secretary for many years. At the time of her homegoing, she was a faithful member of New Zion Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Kate was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Nelson Parker, Sr. and seven siblings.

She is survived by three children, Daniel Parker (Camilla) Elizabeth, CO, Jill Parker of Bonifay, FL and Frederick Parker Jr.; one granddaughter, Christina Keisler (Jeremy) of Slocomb, AL
