Katherine Jaunell Pierce, 50 of Chico, TX, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 16th, 2021 in Nocona, TX.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21st, at the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie, TX.
Katherine was born October 21, 1970 in Bad Hersfeld, Germany to William and Janice (Walker) Pierce. She graduated from Alvord High School in 1989. Katherine raised two beautiful and wonderful daughters, and was loved by so many. She was a hippie at heart, free spirited, and loved dancing and the outdoors.
She is preceded in death by her father William Boyce Pierce, and grandparents Dorothy Loveday, Boyce Pierce, and J.L. Walker.
Katherine is survived by her daughters Kynzie Pierce and boyfriend Tevin Rhodan of Atlanta, GA and Kelsye Cook and wife Destiany of Chico; granddaughter Olivia Ruth Tigert-Crowley of Chico; mother and father Janice and Charley Pritchett of Alvord, TX; sisters Gena Hurst and husband Rodney of Newark, TX, Tiffany Haraughty of Velma, OK and Mary Hogan and husband Lynn of Springdale, AR; brothers William Boyce Pierce Jr. of Colorado, Brian Pritchett of Wichita Falls, TX and Louis Pritchett and wife Deedra of Big Spring, TX; grandmother Jaunell Walker; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
