Freeda Anna Price was born at home to the late Charles Marshall Price and Rhoda Anna (Beek) Price, in Priceville, NB on the beautiful Miramichi River. She and her husband, Edmund, were married December 27th, 1947.
Her memory is cherished by Edmund, her childhood friend and devoted husband of 70 years; her loving and grateful children, Wanda Wilson (Donald); Pansy Christensen; Stephen Price (Diane); June MacDonald (Jack); Howard Price; Bernadette MacFarlane (Michael); Joanna Price; Jerrilynn Wilkins (Russell); Jason Price (Deanna). She was very proud of her 8 grandsons, 13 grand-daughters; 15 great-grandsons and 13 great-grand-daughters. Freeda was the last member of her birth family and in addition to her immediate family, she is survived by her sisters-in-laws, Vesta Price and Zola Price; brother-in-law, Donald Ames.
She was predeceased by her daughter Lucy Yvonne Rayner; her grandsons Jason Lee Daigle and Neill Francis Price.
In 1974 they moved to Fredericton North where Freeda resided for 43 years surrounded by her caring neighbours. On Wednesday, the 13th of December, 2017, she entered into her eternal rest, having celebrated her 90th birthday on Monday, December 4th.
