Funeral services for Charles "Chuck" W. Stephens, 68, of Sulphur, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday July 22, 2021 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville with Rev. Buddy Airhart officiating. Burial will follow in the Prewitt's Chapel Cemetery in Hornbeck.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 5:00 P.M– 8:00 P.M in the funeral home.
Chuck was born on September 3, 1952, to his parents, Charles Edward & Viva Sue Sims Stephens. He passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Oklahoma.
Chuck is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Mike "Flash" Stephens, sister; Robbie Browning, father-in-law; Robert Melrose.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife; Rouxanne Stephens, children; Michelle and Ronnie Fisher, Melanie and Kyle Gregory, siblings; Martha Evans, Mary Yvonne White, grandchildren; Sydney Fisher and Annalisa Gregory, mother-in-law; Ilene Melrose, Brothers-in-law; James Browning and Denny Williamson, sisters-in-law; Jeannie Stephens and RoAnna Williamson, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his cherished fur-baby Penny.
