Robert "Bob" Hammond, age 77 of Lawrenceburg, formerly of Mt. Eden, KY passed away Sunday July 18, 2021 in Frankfort.
He was a member of Rockbridge United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Frank and Voilet Hammond and a sister, Faye Whitaker.
He is survived by a nephew, Dennis Whitaker (Liz); a niece, Patsy Whitaker (Virgilio Marinelli); a great niece, Beverly Curtsinger (Bryon); a great nephew, Ryan Whitaker (Danielle); 2 great great nieces and 3 great great nephews.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday July 21, 2021at Shannon Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Temple, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Grove Hill Cemetery, Shelbyville.
