Joseph LaVern Bennett Jr., of Beaumont, passed away Sunday at his residence. He was a life long resident of Beaumont.
Survivors include his wife Linda Gayle LeBlanc Bennett; mother, Barbara LeBlanc; sons, Keenan Taylor, Jacobe Bennett, Joseph Bennett III, and Hershel Bennett; daughter, Shirrell Bennett; sisters, Barbara L. Bennett and Cheryl L. Gray; brothers, Anthony D. Bennett and Elijah P. Bennett; four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral will be at at Borden Chapel Baptist Church with burial at Veterans National Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
