Visitation was held until the time of the funeral Mass Nov. 14 at St. John Neumann Church, St. Charles. Burial was in Union Cemetery.
Mrs. Nauer was born Oct. 23, 1911, in St. Charles, the daughter of Louis and Mary (Stepanik) Norwich.
For more than 35 years, Mrs. Nauer worked as a buyer for Kaisers 5 & 10 Cent Store in St. Charles, retiring in 1990.
She is survived by her son Michael (Dottie); her daughter, Lori (Ed) Sell; five grandchildren, Kim (Jack) Birbiglia, Deanna Nauer, Scott (Jodi) Sell, Robin Sell and Nicole Sell; and one great-grandson, Zachery Birbiglia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milan; her son Mitchell; three brothers, Dennis Norwich, Francis Norwich and Louis Norwich; and three sisters, Amelia Norwich, Ann Whitney and Nell Norwich.
