Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Visitation at the Walter Johnson Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 20 from 2 - 7 pm. The Funeral begins at the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 8:45 am, thence to St. Agnes Church, Clark, where a Funeral Mass will be offered at 9:45 am. Interment will be in Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, MD on Saturday.
Mr. Foster was born in Baltimore, MD to Edith (Hubbard) and Thomas Bond Foster II. He received his BA from the University of Baltimore. He lived in Pasadena, MD, then Clark, prior to moving to Naples, FL 4 years ago.
Mr. Foster is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Arline (Lotano) Foster; his devoted sons, Thomas Bond Foster IV and Eric Charles Foster; his cherished granddaughters, Emma Rose Foster and Lillian Bond Foster and his dear sisters, Pamela Burke, Joyce Hilderbrand and Donna Worthington.
