Loretta Denice "Neicy" Jones, daughter of the late Ambus Moore and Ruth Jones, was born August 1, 1958; in Caldwell County North Carolina. She departed this life after an extended illness Wednesday July 7, 2021 at home at the age of 62 years 10 months and 7 days.
Neicy, was a member of New Covenant United Methodist Church where she served as and usher and former member of the United Methodist Women. Neicy served 2 years in the Marine Corp. She obtained an Associates Degree in Business Management. Neicy, retired from the Caldwell County Department of Social Services after 20 years employment.
Left to cherish loving memories of her life is her son "Momma's Nuda" Brenton Emmanuel Jones; and 11 grandchildren,"Momma's Babies", Kimberly Jones, Tyrell Smith, Britney Jones, Shacora Jones, Asia Jones, Ezra Benton, Jakyah Riddle, Ashton Patterson, Aleigha Jones, Karter Jackson, Layla Jones; and great grandchild LaBria Jones. She has one surviving aunt, Mother Irene Corpening and niece, Stephanie Jones.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, July 11, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at New Covenant UMC with Rev Myer Dhan officiating. Burial will follow at Dula Town Cemetery.
