Jennifer L. Goins, 66, of Gas City, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at Marion General Hospital. She was born in Marion on April 5, 1955, to Fredrick and Mary (Murray) Hatfield.
Jennifer graduated from Mississinewa High School in 1973. She worked as an office administrator for SCM, Weaver Popcorn, and most recently, Key Enterprises. Jennifer enjoyed reading, watching movies, and TV. She liked collecting elephants and jade jewelry. Jennifer was a thoughtful woman who truly enjoyed giving gifts to the people in her life. She will be remembered for her independent and compassionate nature, and she will be missed dearly.
Jennifer is survived by her son, Nathan (Jennifer) Goins of Fountaintown; daughter, Amanda Fisher of Iowa; grandsons, Colin and Brenden; granddaughters, Megan and Bria; sister, Rose Mary (Harvey) LaFlamme of Texas; brothers, Fred Hatfield, Jr. of Indianapolis and James (Mary Ellen) Hatfield of Texas; several nieces, nephews, and friends; and her good friends, Jodi and Chris.
She was preceded in death by her father, Fredrick Hatfield and mother, Mary Hatfield.
The family will be hosting a private celebration of life service to honor Jennifer.
