Janet Ann (Saunders) Fox Hamilton, born June 15, 1934, passed away March 24, 2002 at Grant Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Janet was a lifelong resident of Lancaster OH. She retired from Anchor Hocking Plant 2. Janet would have graduated with the LHS Class of 1952, but school regulations required women who became pregnant must withdraw from school. While raising 4 daughters, Janet earned her GED from the American Correspondence School, Chicago IL, during January 1969. Janet became the first to graduate from high school on her Mother's side of the family. Janet was preceded in death by her third daughter Marla Kay (Fox) Strausbaugh/Hemrick, son-in-law William F. Hemrick, Mother, Audrey Dale Saunders (Lancaster OH) and her father Ralph S. Saunders (Baltimore OH). She was survived by her husband, Ronald P. Hamilton and daughters, Vicki Lynne (Fox) Knode/Wolcoski, Debra Ann (Fox) Souders, Brenda Lee (Fox) Daniels and three grandson's, Edward Eric Souders and Robert Lee Daniels III and Marlan Eugene Daniels. Funeral services were held at Sheridan Funeral Home and burial took place at Forest Rose Cemetery were Janet now rests beside her Mother.
